Brief history
Workspaceaspenfield began in 2019 when two former bank operations staff in Incheon started helping acquaintances document hardware wallet holdings on paper. Clients wanted recurring review dates rather than one-off help, so the team designed bound checkpoint workbooks and a private review room near Bupyeong Station.
By 2021, quarterly packs became the core offer: structured worksheets, signature-location maps, and supervised offline sessions. The practice remains small—four reviewers and two documentation specialists—so every appointment keeps the same lead reviewer when possible.
How we work
We treat offline custody as a household discipline, not a software problem. Sessions use pens, folios, and disconnected devices you control. We do not host wallets, run remote screen shares of seed entry, or sell hardware.
Our reviewers document gaps in labeling, backup duplication, and recovery readiness. We cross-reference South Korean postal and banking holidays when scheduling quarter opens so clients have time to complete prep checklists.
