How we schedule checkpoint pack deliveries around public holidays and quarter boundaries in South Korea.
Quarterly checkpoints assume you have two quiet weeks to complete prep worksheets. South Korean public holidays and Lunar New Year travel often compress that window.
We publish a quarter calendar in January
Each January we email clients a PDF with recommended workbook ship dates and session weeks for Q1–Q4. Dates avoid Seollal and Chuseok weeks when possible.
Mail-back clients get earlier ship
If you rely on domestic courier for workbook delivery, we ship seven days earlier than local pickup clients so transit does not eat prep time.
Reschedule without penalty
When a national holiday is announced after booking, we move your session within the same quarter at no fee if you notify us before workbook printing.
Office closures
Our Bupyeong office closes on official public holidays. Phone lines switch to voicemail with next business day callback.
