What to bring to an offline review day
A packing list for hardware wallet holders attending a checkpoint session in Incheon.
Review days go smoother when clients arrive with paperwork aligned to physical storage. This list mirrors our pre-session checklist.
Documents
- Completed workbook inventory sections (wallet model, derivation notes you already track)
- Shelf or safe map sketch, even if rough
- List of who else knows backup locations (spouse, sibling, attorney)
Hardware
- All hardware wallets referenced in the workbook, powered off
- Spare device only if you booked a recovery drill
- Charging cables if you plan optional local address checks
Backup material
- Paper envelopes and metal plates you intend to reference—not opened until you choose during drill
- Bank box keys if plates are off-site and you will describe access times
Not needed
- Laptops for blockchain explorers (session stays offline by default)
- Exchange login credentials
- Photos of seed phrases on your phone
Arrive ten minutes early to settle folios. Sessions start on paper; device checks follow your pace.
