Engagement details: wallet counts, preferred dates, service selections, messages you send—never seed phrases or private keys.

Respond to inquiries and schedule checkpoint sessions
Produce workbooks and engagement correspondence

Legal bases

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating our practice, and consent where required (e.g. optional analytics cookies).

Retention

Inquiry emails: up to twenty-four months. Engagement records and invoices: seven years where tax law requires. Cookie consent choice: until you clear browser storage or twelve months.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with domestic courier services for workbook delivery, email hosting providers, and accountants under confidentiality obligations. International transfers occur only when you request overseas shipping and we use established courier networks with appropriate safeguards.
