Refund Policy
Cancellation, deposit, and refund rules for checkpoint packs and offline wallet review sessions.
Effective date: 1 January 2025
Scope
This policy applies to checkpoint packs, documentation sessions, and recovery drill walkthroughs booked with Workspaceaspenfield Co. It does not apply to third-party hardware or Microsoft Store listings referenced on our site.
Deposits
Quarterly Checkpoint Packs require a ₩100,000 deposit at booking. Documentation and drill sessions bill the full fee at confirmation unless a written quote specifies otherwise.
Full refund eligibility
- Before workbook printing: Cancel at least ten business days before your workbook print date for a full refund of deposits and fees paid.
- Our cancellation: If we cancel due to office closure or staff illness, you receive a full refund or free reschedule within the same quarter.
Partial refunds
- After printing but before session: If you cancel after workbooks are printed but at least five business days before your session, we refund fees minus ₩80,000 for printing and materials.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations within five business days of a scheduled session forfeit the deposit; remaining prepaid fees may be credited to a rescheduled date within ninety days.
Non-refundable items
- Printed workbooks already shipped or collected
- Expedited scheduling surcharges once the slot is confirmed
- Travel fees for on-site reviews once travel is booked
- Sessions marked as no-show without prior notice
Rescheduling
One free reschedule per engagement when you notify us at least five business days before the session. Additional reschedules incur ₩40,000 administrative fee unless we cancel.
Recovery drills and work started
If a recovery drill begins and you end the session early, partial refunds are not available because reviewer time and room allocation were reserved.
Materials purchased for your engagement
Custom folio tabs or metal plate sleeves ordered specifically for your file are non-refundable once ordered.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank transfers may require three additional days depending on your institution.

Exceptions
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders) are handled with rescheduling first; refunds when rescheduling is impossible within the quarter.
