Who this is for
Holders with one or more hardware wallets, paper backups, or air-gapped signing setups who want a recurring date to verify balances, labels, and recovery readiness without connecting devices to our network.
What you receive
- A quarter-dated workbook with wallet inventory sheets, passphrase-location maps (you fill locations—we never ask for secrets), and checkpoint sign-off pages
- Pre-session checklist mailed or handed to you fourteen days before your slot
- Ninety-minute guided review in our private Bupyeong-gu room: we walk through each worksheet row while your devices stay disconnected
- Written summary of gaps found (missing labels, duplicate envelopes, unsigned policy changes) delivered within five business days
What is excluded
- Trading, tax filing, or investment recommendations
- On-site visits outside Incheon metro without a separate travel fee
- Recovery of lost seeds or brute-force attempts on locked devices
- Custody or storage of your hardware wallets overnight
Process
- You submit a pack request with wallet count and preferred quarter start date.
- We confirm scope and send the prep checklist.
- Workbook ships or is collected; you complete inventory sections at home.
- Session day: arrive with devices powered off; we review paperwork first, then supervised device checks only if you choose to power them locally.
- Summary memo and next checkpoint date proposed.
Preparation
Bring all labeled envelopes, hardware wallets, and any metal backup plates you reference in the workbook. Charge devices beforehand if you plan optional local verification. Do not email seed phrases or photographs of backups.
