Terms governing use of workspaceaspenfield.click and engagement for offline wallet checkpoint services.
Effective date: 1 January 2025
1. Acceptance
By accessing workspaceaspenfield.click or engaging Workspaceaspenfield Co. for checkpoint packs, documentation sessions, or recovery drills, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide portfolio checkpoint workbooks, guided offline wallet reviews, documentation folios, and supervised recovery drills as described on this site. Services are delivered in person at our Incheon office or via prepared materials—not through online custody or remote seed handling.
3. No financial services
Our work is administrative documentation and procedural review. We do not execute trades, manage assets, or provide investment recommendations. See our Not Financial Advice page.
4. Client responsibilities
You must not share seed phrases, private keys, or backup photographs through email or web forms. You are responsible for accurate inventory information and for powering off devices unless you explicitly choose local verification during a session.
5. Booking and payment
Engagements are confirmed by written email. Fees, deposits, and cancellation rules are stated on our Rates and Refund Policy pages. Prices on the website are informational.
6. Intellectual property
Workbook templates, folio layouts, and site content are owned by Workspaceaspenfield Co. Clients receive licensed copies for personal household use. Redistribution of workbook templates is prohibited without written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under South Korean law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of digital assets, market movements, or damages from reliance on site content.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Workspaceaspenfield Co. against claims arising from inaccurate information you supply or from unauthorized sharing of session materials.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Incheon, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Material changes apply to new engagements after the posted effective date.
